I hope you all are doing good at this moment of the calendar, if not great!
This year has been hard for all of us. All of us had to adjust a lot in personal and professional lives. Surviving this year under pressures similar and yet different from each other is a commendable job in itself. I'm sure all of us have our lockdown stories, some have survivor stories, and some have warrior stories.
We have to realize that some amongst us are still fighting, so why not ease it for those we can afford to, help those we should!
I'm worried about the student and the fresher community, particularly the ones coming from the engineering background. Usually, they are lost between different maps, lack of mentorship and guidance takes a toll on them.
With all I have seen in my career, with all the people I have met and continue to meet, I know the energy of the young community. I know what they are capable of if directed in a proper direction. But I also know if left undirected, unguided, this can become drastic.
With all my concerns, leaving money aside for a moment, and believing in giving back to society in some way, I and my team at DevTorq have taken up an initiative in the form of a program to guide the people, coach them in ways known to us, so as to make their first step easier.
'Adiutor- Your career assistant' is a 16- day program that demands an hour of your day. Register with us, stay determined. We will take care of the rest.
It is completely a no-cost program aimed at raising awareness about the industry, adding young lads to the community.
We will cover everything from basic to those etiquettes and skills that we feel are the need of the hour and everything that will boost your confidence.
We believe in you because someone believed in us!
Give yourself a chance and register with us.
